Delivery Information

At Modula Living, we’re dedicated to ensuring your furniture arrives quickly and safely. We take great care in crafting our products and understand how important it is that they reach you in excellent condition. That’s why we work closely with trusted third-party delivery providers who handle each item with care and attention. To ensure fast and secure delivery across Australia, we’ve partnered with a network of reliable carriers. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple shipments, depending on the items and delivery partners involved.
Delivery times can vary based on the product type, stock availability, and how close you are to major metropolitan areas. Our aim is always to get your order to you as swiftly and smoothly as possible.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
We recognise that these hours might not suit everyone, and we apologise for any inconvenience. Rest assured, we’re continually exploring ways to offer more flexible delivery options to better accommodate our customers.
To ensure the safety of our customers and prevent damage to our goods, we require delivery of most products. The only products that are available for pick-up from our distribution centre are those that in our view can safely be carried, by hand.
Collection is currently only available at our distribution centre: 65 Normanby Rd, Notting Hill VIC.
Cushions, Lamps, Trees & Plants, Rugs
We deliver exclusively within Australia, and delivery times and charges will vary based on your location and the number of items you’ve purchased. Please note that if you order a mix of items, they may arrive in separate deliveries depending on their warehouse locations.
For metropolitan areas, we generally aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of receiving them. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be unforeseen circumstances that cause delays. Please allow up to 17 business days for your order to arrive.
Click and collect is available at a participating store. You will be notified when your item is ready to be picked up from your nominated store which could take up to 14 days for it to arrive depending on availability.
Types of Delivery Services
We offer a range of delivery options to match your preferences. By default, all orders are shipped using our Standard Delivery service.
You can upgrade to Premium Delivery for an additional fee per shipment.
Standard Delivery (to the ground-level main entrance)
- Smaller accessories are delivered via Australia Post or other courier services.
- Larger items may require assistance to bring them to your property’s ground-floor entrance.
Please note: This option does not include delivery inside your home, unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging materials.
Premium Delivery
We bring your items directly into your chosen room (including up to two flights of stairs), unpack them, assemble as needed, and remove all packaging waste.
Australian orders
Modula Living only ships within Australia. We must have a street address for any order submitted. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Unless you request that an “Authority to Leave” instruction be given, our carriers will require a signature at the point of delivery. It is therefore a requirement that you provide Modula Living with a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the consignment during business hours (9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday).
Consignment number notification
All dispatched orders generate an email advice automatically which is sent to the email address provided by you. If you do not receive any of these emails within 3 business days then please email [email protected] so we can resend the advice to you.
How to track your order
If you’d like to check the progress of your order or if it is significantly delayed, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] and include your order number in any communication.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect all products carefully upon delivery. If any items are missing, damaged, incorrect, or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] .We will guide you through the process of arranging a return or exchange. Please follow any instructions provided for returning the affected product to us.
