Modula Grace 2 Seater Giveaway: Terms & Conditions
Promoter: Modular Seating Pty Ltd (ABN: 79 680 635 410) of 65, Normanby Road, Notting Hill VIC 3168 (Australia).
1. Eligibility
This competition (“Competition”) is open to individuals aged 18 years and over. The prize must be collected from 65 Normanby Road, Notting Hill VIC 3168 Australia, and will not be posted or delivered.
Employees of the Promoter, its related
entities, agents, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the
immediate families of those individuals are ineligible to enter.
By entering, each entrant agrees to
these Terms & Conditions. Entries that do not comply may be disqualified at
the Promoter’s discretion.
2. Promotion Period
The Competition opens at 12:00 AM AEDT on 23 October 2025 and
closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 20 November
2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside this period
will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter
To enter, entrants must complete the
entry form available at https://www.modulaliving.com.au/win-a-grace-2-seater
and satisfy any verification requirements set by the platform (e.g. email
confirmation).

A purchase does not increase
the chances of winning

Only one (1) entry per person
will be accepted.
●
Entries that are incomplete,
illegible, fraudulent, or generated by automated means will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to
disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation
of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won:

Prize: 1 × Modula Grace 2 Seater sofa
valued at AUD $1,350 RRP.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If the prize is unavailable for reasons
beyond the Promoter’s control, a substitute prize of equal or greater value
will be awarded.
All taxes (if applicable) and any
other costs associated with claiming or using the prize are the sole
responsibility of the winner.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries
at 10:00 AM AEDT on 25 November 2025
at 65 Normanby Road, Notting Hill VIC 3168.
The draw will be conducted under the
supervision of the Promoter.
The winner will be notified by email
within seven (7) days of the draw and announced on the Promoter’s website
www.modulaliving.com.au.
Because the prize value exceeds AUD
$1,000, the winner’s name will remain published for at least 28 days after the
draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted or
does not claim the prize within 45 days of notification, the prize will be
forfeited and a new winner may be drawn.
The prize must be collected by the winner from 65 Normanby Road, Notting Hill VIC 3168. The winner will be notified when the prize is ready for collection and must collect it within a reasonable period after notification.
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.
7. Privacy and Use of Personal Information
Personal information provided by
entrants will be collected and used by the Promoter for the purposes of
conducting this Competition and, unless the entrant opts out, for direct
marketing purposes.
Information may be processed by
Gleam.io to administer entries, including in servers located outside Australia,
in accordance with Gleam’s privacy policy.
The Promoter’s Privacy Policy
(available at www.modulaliving.com.au/privacy) applies to all entries.
8. Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering, entrants grant the Promoter permission to use their name, likeness, and entry (if applicable) for promotional and publicity purposes related to this Competition, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by
law, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate are not responsible for:

any technical difficulties,
network failures, or system errors;
●
any incorrect or inaccurate
information; or
●
any loss, injury, damage, or
expense (including consequential loss) suffered by any entrant in connection
with this Competition or the prize.
Nothing in these Terms &
Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to
cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition if it becomes corrupted
or interfered with for reasons beyond its control.
If that occurs, the Promoter may draw
the winner from valid entries received prior to the event causing the
disruption.
The Promoter’s decisions are final and
binding on all entrants.
11. Governing Law
This Competition and these Terms &
Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Entrants submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

This Competition is in no way
sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook,
Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, or any
other social network.
